Practice:
1. Preparation: onion, coriander, pickles, onion and minced garlic. Sauce: a spoonful of soy sauce? Dilute a little oyster sauce with water
2. Add bean curd into the pan at 70% heat, and fry until golden and crisp.
3. Stir-fry garlic, onion and sauerkraut with a spoonful of Chili powder and half a spoonful of cumin in another pot, and stir well.
4. Pour in the sauce and cook until it is thick. Add tofu, coriander and chopped green onion and mix well.
