Mojito, one of the most famous rum bartenders. Originated in Cuba. Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail made from five ingredients: light rum, sugar (traditionally mixed with sugarcane juice), lime (lime) juice, soda water and mint. The original Cuban recipe was for green mint or lemon mint, which is common on the island of Cuba. The refreshing taste of lime (lime) and mint is more than complemented by the aura of rum, while this clear, colorless cocktail has become one of the popular drinks of the summer.
How to make it: Combine rum, lime, mint leaves, a pinch of sugar, and club soda in a proportional mixture (lime and mint leaves are slightly crushed to make the juice), and add plenty of ice. Shake vigorously in a Shaker glass so that the wine cools rapidly and the alcohol and juice mix well. Finally pour in the soda water and decorate the rim of the glass with a small mint leaf and a lime wedge.
