Roasted chicken wings in microwave oven
Ingredients: 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 slices ginger, onion, 3 cortex moutan, 2 slices fragrant leaves, 1/2 teaspoon allspice powder, 1/3 teaspoon pepper (just 2 sprays) < I used 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 pieces of ginger, 3 pieces of scallion, 3 pieces of cortex moutan, 2 pieces of fragrant leaves, 1/2 tsp allspice powder, 1/3 tsp pepper (just 2 sprays)
2. After washing the chicken wings, make 2 cuts on them. Pour into the marinade, mix well, marinate for 1-2 hours, turn it frequently, or massage the chicken wings to taste.
3. Spread some broken leaves of vegetables on the bottom of the plate, remove the marinade from the chicken wings and code them on the vegetables. It's the first time for me to make it, so I made a shelf with chopsticks, and then put the chicken wings on the shelf
4. The plate should not be too big in the center of the tray of the microwave oven, or it will easily touch the wall of the microwave oven when it rotates.
5. First use high fire for 3 minutes, and then continue to use 8 firepower for 1 points.
6. Prepare 1 tbsp of honey, add a little water, and turn the honey into sticky honey juice.
7. Brush the honey juice onto the chicken wings with a brush, and spray some pepper powder, Chili powder, cumin powder and sesame seeds evenly. Put it back in the microwave oven and use high fire to score 4 points.
8. Take out the plate, turn the chicken wings over, continue to brush with honey water, sprinkle with pepper powder, Chili powder, cumin powder and sesame seeds, and put them back in the microwave oven for 4 points.
