I learned that the differences between mineral water and purified water are different water quality, different production processes, different water sources, and different tastes.
Mineral water contains minerals and trace elements, while purified water contains no impurities. Mineral water is collected directly from the ground or drilled wells, and pure water is produced through processing methods such as electrodialyzer method, ion exchanger method, reverse osmosis method, and distillation method. The source of mineral water is deep groundwater, and the source of pure water is tap water. The taste of mineral water is slightly mineral-alkaline, while purified water is clear, transparent and has a good taste.
