On the same day, in the workshop of Sichuan Tianyi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Leshan High-tech Zone, Sichuan, a medical waste emergency disposal incinerator was officially off-line and loaded, ready to be transported to Huoshenshan Hospital. After the official operation, the daily medical waste treatment capacity of the incinerator can reach 4 tons, which can meet the medical waste treatment of nearly 3,000 beds. Previously, the medical waste incinerator donated by Jiangyou International Trade (Shanghai) Company to Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital has been installed.
According to reports, the wastewater from Huoshenshan Hospital has to go through seven strict procedures from discharge to qualified treatment, and the disinfection treatment lasts for five hours. First collect and pre-disinfect in the hospital area, then upgrade to the sewage treatment station where it is located, and then carry out biochemical treatment and re-disinfection. Finally, it is discharged into the municipal pipe network after passing the system inspection. Moreover, Huoshenshan Hospital is equipped with two sets of sewage treatment systems, one for use and one for standby. A single set of equipment can treat 800~ 1000 tons of sewage every day. When a group of systems fails or is overhauled, there is still a group of systems that can be used and implemented. Double insurance? .
Many people are concerned about whether the medical waste water and medical waste in Huoshenshan Hospital and Thunder God Mountain hospital will cause pollution. In fact, although the construction tasks of Volcano Mountain Hospital and Thunder God Mountain hospital are urgent, the environmental protection standards have not dropped at all. The sewage treatment facilities are designed synchronously with the hospital, and are constructed in strict accordance with the medical wastewater treatment standards and related requirements.
It is reported that all medical wastewater treatment facilities and equipment in Thunder God Mountain hospital have entered the site, and the next step is to install lifting pumping stations, septic tanks and contact disinfection tanks, which are expected to be delivered on February 5th. During the construction of Huoshenshan Hospital, the leaders of Wuhan Eco-environment Bureau made many field visits. At present, the sewage treatment facilities of Huoshenshan Hospital have been debugged, and an online monitoring station has been built to ensure the normal operation of the facilities and the discharge of sewage up to standard. After the two hospitals are put into use, the ecological and environmental protection department will further strengthen supervision and build a bottom line for environmental safety in epidemic prevention and control.
