1. Go to the home page of the application system, click the first step "Download application materials template" and download the "List template of foreign employees studying in the economic field during the Spring Festival".
2. Fill in the information of economic lodging personnel. Name, ID number, mobile phone number, whether to stay in the economy during the Spring Festival holiday and the number of overtime days are required. Please be sure to fill it out. Please confirm that the ID number and mobile phone number are filled in correctly.
Step 2: Pre-examine the application materials
1. Enter the home page of the declaration system.
2. Click the "Apply for Material Pre-inspection" button in step 2 to enter the material pre-inspection page.
3. Click the "Upload" button in the material upload column. After the "List of Foreign Economic Workers during the Spring Festival" is successfully uploaded, the name of the currently uploaded file will be displayed.
4. Click the "Verify" button, and the system will check the content format of the list.
5. If the verification fails, a message will be displayed and a "download" button will be provided. Please modify the data until the verification is passed.
6. Click the "Download" button to view the information of the review results of the application materials.
7. After verification, click Back to return to the home page.
Step 3: Make a formal statement.
1. First, please confirm that the materials have been pre-inspected.
2. Enter the home page of the declaration system, and click "Formal Declaration" in the third step.
3. Fill in the enterprise information and submit the confirmation materials.
4. Check and read the letter of commitment
5. Submit application information
6. Successful declaration
Step 4: Check the declaration results.
1. Go to the home page and click the "View Application Results" button in step 4.
2. If the declaration is not completed, the following page will be displayed.
3. The results will be displayed after the declaration is completed.
