You must apply for a food business license, which is clearly stipulated by national laws. Enterprises or individual industrial and commercial households can start their business activities only after obtaining the food business license. Merchants who apply for food business licenses may set up warehouses and food storage places with special requirements for on-site inspection, such as frozen (hidden) warehouses. The application criteria are as follows:

1, food and non-food (except food containers, packaging materials, tools and other items that will not cause food pollution) warehouses should be set up separately.

2. A sufficient number of shelves should be set in the warehouse, and the structure and position can be separated from the ground to facilitate air circulation and cargo handling.

3. The quantity and structure of cold storage and freezer (warehouse) make raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products stored separately, with obvious distinguishing marks.

4. In addition to the cold storage, the warehouse should have good ventilation, moisture-proof and rat-proof facilities (such as setting rat-proof boards or covering wooden doors with metal).
