(D) the construction works put into use by the public security organs of the fire protection agencies failed random checks according to law, do not stop the use of the construction works;

(E) public gathering places without fire safety inspection or inspection does not meet the fire safety requirements, put into use without authorization, business.

The construction unit is not in accordance with the provisions of this Law will be fire design documents reported to the public security organs for the record, or in the completion of the public security organs not in accordance with the provisions of this Law for the record, ordered to make corrections, and impose a fine of five thousand yuan.
