Changchun institute of technology, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a provincial-level undergraduate college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education, focusing on engineering, management, science, art and literature. The school was established by the Emergency Management Department of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Government of Jilin Province.
