The birth of "Hongqishun" In 1935, the Dachang in Hebei Province was flooded, and the brothers Zuo Honglin and Zuo Hongfa fled to the Xiawafang area in Tianjin to make a living, and met Li Zhanqi who came to Tianjin from Baodi to drive cattle. The three partners rented an adobe room and sold beef and mutton and haggis in frontispiece. Later, they added mutton dumplings, roasted meat, side dishes and stewed beef and mutton. The store is not big, business is booming, and there must always be a font size. After three people's consultations, the word "Hong" in Zuo's brother's name was used, and the word "Qi" in Li's name was used. Coupled with the word "Shun" that looks forward to success as a business, it forms the "Hongqishun" restaurant, which means "everything goes well with the prosperity". Since then, with the booming business, "Hongqishun" has been called noon. In the ten years before liberation, due to floods and wars, Hongqi was ups and downs. In 1956, after liberation, frontispiece was expanded by public-private partnership. During the Cultural Revolution, it was named "Shifeng Restaurant" and later renamed "Xiawafang Huimin Restaurant". Enterprises are always in a loss situation. After Sun Ruquan took office in 1981, he restored the plaque of "Hongqishun" and put Hongqishun on the road of rapid development.

Each of the 55 employees raised funds in 411 yuan, replacing 22,111 yuan of state-owned assets, and rented houses to build branches in the same year. In 1994, Hongqishun Restaurant with an area of 3,111 square meters was built; in 1997, the Imperial Restaurant was renamed as Hongqishun Time-honored Brand; in 1999, Hongqishun Restaurant in Hedong was built with an area of 4,811 square meters; in April 2111, Heping Hongqishun Restaurant, a joint venture, was opened, and the self-operated area of the enterprise reached 9,111 square meters. In 1995, Hongqishun was approved by the municipal government as a pilot unit of 113 company system reform. In 196, Hongqishun Catering Co., Ltd. was established. In 1999, the shareholding structure of the enterprise was adjusted and collective shares were added, so that the shareholding ratio was 45% for employees, 33% for collective shares and 22% for state-owned shares, and it embarked on the road of standardized management of modern enterprises.
