The administrative law enforcement and staff members of the Quality Supervision Bureau have their own reasons, with different job categories, different levels and different post management.
1. Different job categories
The first-level administrative law enforcement officers belong to the civil servants of administrative law enforcement, and directly perform on-site law enforcement duties such as supervision, punishment and inspection in administrative organs.
clerks are civil servants of comprehensive management, and they are positions in the organs that perform duties such as comprehensive management and internal management of the organs except administrative law enforcement positions and professional and technical positions.
2. Different levels
Administrative law enforcement civil servants are divided into 11 levels, and the first-level administrative law enforcement officer belongs to the job sequence of civil servants at the 11 th level.
As a civil servant of comprehensive management, clerks have 12 levels, with the first-level clerk at the 11th level and the second-level clerk at the 12nd level.
3. Different post management
First-level law enforcement officers implement post conditions and post number management, and the post number is used by the competent departments of law enforcement units as a whole. The post number of first-level law enforcement officers shall not exceed 3.5% of the total number of administrative law enforcement civil servants in their own departments, and they must serve as second-level law enforcement officers for five years before they can be promoted, and they must be reported to the competent department of civil servants of the municipal government for preparation before taking office.
clerks are graded according to their academic qualifications, and college graduates are appointed as clerks, which is rated as grade 26; Undergraduate graduates, undergraduate graduates with double bachelor's degrees, including undergraduate graduates with more than six years of schooling, graduate students and graduate students who have not obtained master's degrees, are appointed as clerks and are designated as grade 25.
