The following is the related contents of the energy-saving design code of Guangxi public buildings brought by Zhongda Consulting for your reference.
In order to better implement the Regulations on Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings (Order No.531 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) and the Regulations on Energy Efficiency of Public Institutions (Order No.531 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), this code is revised according to the situation since its implementation.
this code replaces DB45/T392—2117 "code for energy efficiency of public buildings". The main contents of the revision are as follows:
1. It is a mandatory standard consistent with the national energy-saving standard;
2. Correct the mistakes and omissions in the original DB45/T392—2117 Code for Building Energy Efficiency;
3. modify the additional thermal resistance in article 6.2.13;
4. optimize the performance parameters of common glass in table D.3-reduce the parameters that are not commonly used;
5. Simplify the thermal parameters of typical practices in Appendix H;
6. Cancel point I of Article 9.6.1 "Calculation of resistance of main ventilation and air conditioning systems";
7. add article 8.2.8 for general room lighting power density value;
8. Add 8.3 description of lighting design using natural light;
9. Add the description of high-efficiency light source in Article 8.4.2.3 and Article 8.4.2.4;
11, add 8.6 measurement regulations;
11. Table 31 adds the requirements for examining the lighting power density of industrial buildings;
12. The provisions in bold in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
this specification was put forward by the urban and rural housing construction department of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
13. The editor-in-chief of this specification is Guangxi Hualan Design (Group) Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangxi Architectural Comprehensive Design and Research Institute), and the contributors of this specification are Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Wall Material Reform Office and Guangxi Architectural Science Research and Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard are He Chaojian, Zhang Lin, Jiang Boning, Sun Yibin, Peng Hongpu, Qiu Yongzhen, Lu Zhongrong, Xu Qunying, Liu Zhongcai, Pan Yunsong, Zhu Huiying, Chen Xiaoshi, Li Shen, Li Hongxiang, Chen Xiaomei, Liao Shenping, Liao Ruihai, Huang Yu, Yu Yongtao and Tang Qi.
14. appendices a-g of this standard are normative appendices, and appendices h-l are informative appendices.
15. The previous editions of this specification are: DB45/T392—2117.
1 scope
This standard is applicable to the building energy-saving design of newly built, expanded and rebuilt public buildings in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Public buildings include the following types of buildings:
a) Educational buildings: nurseries, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, secondary specialized schools, institutions of higher learning, vocational schools, special education schools, etc.
b) office buildings: administrative office buildings, professional office buildings, business office buildings, etc.
c) scientific research building: laboratory, scientific research building, observatory, etc.
d) Cultural and recreational buildings: libraries, museums, archives, cultural centers, exhibition halls, theaters, concert halls, aquariums, playgrounds, dance halls, etc.
e) commercial service buildings: the commercial parts of shopping malls and commercial and residential buildings should also be designed according to the public buildings, such as supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, restaurants, bath centers, beauty centers, banks, postal services, telecommunications buildings, funeral homes, etc.
f) Sports buildings: stadiums, gymnasiums, swimming pools, gymnasiums, etc.
g) medical buildings: general hospitals, specialized hospitals, community clinics, rehabilitation centers, emergency centers, sanatoriums, etc.
h) traffic buildings: bus terminal, port terminal, railway terminal, airport terminal, urban rail terminal, etc.
i) political and legal buildings: public security bureau, procuratorate, court, police station, prison, detention center, customs, checkpoint, etc.
j) Memorial buildings: memorial halls, etc.
k) Religious buildings: churches, mosques, temples, etc.
Description of revision: This article specifies the building types of energy-saving design for public buildings, and in the process of implementation, the issue of defining the building area is raised. This revision still maintains the original scope and does not require the building area. All public buildings falling within the above scope should be designed for energy efficiency regardless of their size.
