Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating the construction strategy of China;
2. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the annual new store construction and old store renovation plan;
3. Establish operation management systems, policies, processes and tools;
4. Participate in the new site development audit;
5. Be responsible for the implementation of new restaurant projects, including feasibility assessment, design and construction;
6. Be responsible for the investment, engineering quality and opening progress of new stores and renovated stores;
7. Assist in the management, development and evaluation of manufacturers;
8. Be responsible for ordering, installing, handing over operation and maintenance of facilities/equipment;
9. Be responsible for guiding regional companies to implement the construction process and discipline;
11. Establish and manage the construction team, and control the budget and expenses of the construction department;
11, responsible for the establishment of relevant government relations;
12. Be responsible for the training of construction team members;
13, other cross-departmental communication and coordination.
