(3) Interview announcement

The interview announcement was posted on the portal website of Ezhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau five days before the interview.

Candidates who give up the interview will not be replaced within 5 days before the interview after the announcement of the interview.

If only one person participates in the interview, the minimum qualified score line shall be controlled, which shall be determined by the recruiting unit and its competent department in the interview plan and made clear in the interview announcement.

(1) Performance weight.

(3) Bonus policy.

Eight. Publicity and employment

The recruitment unit and its competent department shall form an investigation report according to the candidates' performance, physical examination and investigation, and report it to the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.

After the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau determines the list of persons to be hired, it will be publicized on the portal website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau (the publicity period is not less than 5 working days).

After publicity without objection, go through the employment procedures according to relevant procedures, sign the employment contract, implement post management, and implement the salary and treatment stipulated by national and provincial policies according to the positions hired.

Publicity reflects the problems affecting employment, and if it is verified, it will not be hired.

If the problems reflected in the publicity are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended and then whether to hire or not will be decided after it is found out.

If the employed person fails to report within 20 days after receiving the employment notice without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled and recorded in the integrity file of the open recruitment candidates of public institutions. The filing period is 5 years, and it is not allowed to apply for Ezhou institutions within five years.

This recruitment has a probation period, which is included in the employment contract.

Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.

Nine, the handling of violations of discipline.
