(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(2) Having good conduct and professional ethics and being willing to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of employees;
(3) Have the qualifications required for the post (attachment1);
(4) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
(5) Other conditions required for the post.
Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office; It is found that there are serious violations of examination discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels; Civil servants or public officials of public institutions have been dismissed for less than 5 years; Party discipline and government discipline have not been lifted or are under disciplinary review; Persons who are under criminal punishment or suspected of violating laws and crimes are under investigation, and those who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of government agencies and institutions according to relevant laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Candidates are not allowed to apply, which will constitute an employee position in avoidance relationship.

Three. Recruitment procedures and steps
Open recruitment is carried out through announcement, acceptance of registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.

The materials to be prepared for registration are as follows (online applicants upload the electronic version to dywfyzgk@ 126.com, and review the original registration materials before receiving the admission ticket):
1. Two originals of the application form for open recruitment of employees in the People's Court of Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huizhou (printed on both sides of A4 paper);

3. Two copies and originals of other supporting materials (A4 paper) related to the job requirements;

The Office of the Leading Group for Open Recruitment of the District People's Court shall, after confirming the application materials, make the written test admission ticket in time and issue it in time before the written test.
(4) examination. The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. All examination subjects do not specify examination books, and the examination questions are entrusted by the District People's Court to be standardized and marked. The total test score is 100, that is, the total test score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%, and the score is calculated to three decimal places.
1. written test. The written test is mainly to test candidates' related majors and comprehensive abilities. The specific examination time and place shall be subject to the written examination admission ticket issued. Candidates take the exam with valid ID card and written test admission ticket. The written test results will be published in the district human resources department, Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media within 10 working days after the written test.
The ratio of the number of recruitment positions to qualified candidates must reach 1:3 before the written test can be conducted. If the qualified applicants do not reach the proportion of opening the examination, the recruitment task for this position will be cancelled.
2. Determine the interviewee. According to the actual number of positions and the written test scores of candidates from high to low (including tied scores), the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. If the written test score does not reach 60% of the total score of the subject, it shall not be listed as an interview object. If the number of interviewees does not reach the specified proportion, the interview will be organized according to the number of people who actually meet the interview conditions.
3. Qualification examination. Before the interview, the interviewer must review the qualifications for the examination according to the specified time and place. If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue, which will affect the results of qualification examination, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Those who fail the qualification review shall not participate in the interview, and the interviewers shall make up the written test scores from high to low. Send an interview notice to the candidates who have passed the qualification review.
4. Interview. The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly tests the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability and adaptability. The interview time for each interviewer is about 15 minutes.
The interview implementation plan shall be separately formulated and implemented by the District People's Court. The list of interviewers shall be published in the media such as the District People's Social Welfare Department and the website of Daya Bay District People's Court within 10 working days after the written examination, and an interview team shall be formed according to relevant regulations, with an odd number of judges, not less than 7.
The interview results will be graded on the spot after the candidates finish the interview, and will be announced to the candidates in the waiting room during this interview, and the candidates will sign the interview record for confirmation. The interview results and the total test results must be published in the human resources department of the district and the website of Daya Bay District People's Court within 10 working days after the interview.
(5) physical examination. According to the total score of the recruitment post examination, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high score to low score. Those whose interview score is lower than 60% of the total score of the subject shall not be listed as physical examination objects. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the District People's Court with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). Those who fail the medical examination or give up the medical examination can be replenished in turn.
(6) inspection. After the physical examination, the District People's Court refers to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection and Implementation of Public Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). During the inspection, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the qualification conditions, conceals the real personal situation or has other influence on the employment, once verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to pass the inspection or give up employment will not be replaced.
(7) Publicity and employment. According to the physical examination and investigation, determine the candidates to be hired. The list of candidates to be hired shall be publicized on the media such as the District People's Social Affairs Department and the website of Daya Bay District People's Court for not less than 7 working days. After publicity without objection, the candidates to be hired shall be submitted for approval by the District People's Court according to the prescribed procedures and authority. If the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, the post will not be changed.
