To take the chef's license:
Intermediate at 20 years of age, senior at 25 years of age, technician at 30 years of age, senior technician at 32 years of age.
Enrollment with: ID card, proof of education, proof of years of work, a copy of the original certificate, six 2-inch bareheaded photos.
1, junior (with one of the following conditions)?
(a) the occupation of primary formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate.
(b) In this occupation for more than two years of continuous apprenticeship.
(c) Completion of apprenticeship in this occupation.
2. Intermediate (with one of the following conditions)?
(a) After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, by the occupation of intermediate formal training up to the standard number of hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate.
(b) After obtaining the certificate of primary vocational qualification of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than five years.
(c) To obtain a certificate of graduation from a vocational school of intermediate or higher vocational school with the objective of developing intermediate skills, which has been examined and recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security.
3. Senior (with one of the following conditions)?
(a) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than four years, through the advanced formal training of the occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtain the certificate of graduation (completion).
(b) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than seven years.
(c) To obtain the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, graduates of junior colleges or above, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
(4) Obtaining the certificate of graduation of this occupation from a senior technical school or a vocational school with the objective of cultivating high-level skills, which has been examined and recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security.
4. Technician (with one of the following conditions)?
(1) After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, through the formal training of technicians in this occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtain the certificate of graduation (completion).
(2) After obtaining the advanced vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, the person shall continuously work in this occupation for more than 8 years.
(3) Graduates of advanced technical schools who have obtained the certificate of advanced vocational qualification in this occupation have been continuously engaged in this occupation for two years.
5. Senior technician (with one of the following conditions)?
(1) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician of this occupation, having been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, having received the formal vocational training for senior technician of this occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours, and having obtained the certificate of graduation (completion).
(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician in this occupation, he/she has been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
