It is a flavor food made by Niu Zhongxi, a national sesame seed cake master, who has accumulated many years of experience.
Niu Zhongxi's sesame seed cake has stuffing, a crispy skin and sesame seeds. It can be stored for more than a month in winter and still be crispy and tasteless. The sesame seeds outside are matched with the crispy dough, so there is no burden to bite them. The oil fragrance and flour fragrance are perfectly combined in the mouth with the lubricated stuffing-perfect!

2. Chunfeng Steamed Bun Shop
Old Xinxiang people recommend the second bomb-Chunfeng Steamed Bun Shop! When I was a child, they had a shop near my home. My father sometimes bought 21 steamed buns at noon without cooking, and washed an egg with water, so that the family's lunch was solved.
Later, the row of restaurants in front of the house was demolished, and the steamed stuffed bun shop was not spared. Now, the Chunfeng steamed stuffed bun shop is opened next to Niu Zhongxi's sesame seed cake shop, which bears the signboard of China's time-honored brand. It is said that there are only five catering enterprises in Henan in the first batch of China's time-honored brands, and Chunfeng steamed stuffed bun shop ranks among them.

After a long time, he really figured out the braised mutton hot pot that fully reflected the temperament and character of the Central Plains people.
