2. Fill in the relevant information on the cancellation application page, including the company name and registration number, and upload the required attachments and supporting documents. Make sure to fill in the form accurately.
3. After submitting the application, the system will generate an electronic cancellation application form. Download and print this form, and affix the official seal of the company.
4. Bring the printed electronic cancellation application form with the official seal of the company and other required materials to the Changsha Administration for Industry and Commerce for handling the formalities at the window or designated place.
5. The Administration for Industry and Commerce will review the submitted materials and organize personnel to conduct on-site verification.
