Encourage supply and marketing cooperatives, postal services, large-scale e-commerce enterprises, commercial circulation enterprises, agricultural products wholesale markets, etc., integrate the resources of origin logistics facilities, promote the upgrading of origin warehouses, enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of warehousing, sorting, packaging, primary processing and transportation, and explore the establishment of a cold chain logistics service system from origin to table.
