Shuangfeng Town, belonging to Xichong County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwestern part of Xichong County, neighboring Zhanshan Township in the east, Chelong Township in the south, Gao Yuan Township in the west, and Renhe Township in the north, 17 kilometers away from the Xichong County Town, with a total area of 49.71 square kilometers. In the sixty-first year of the Kangxi Emperor of the Qing Dynasty (1722), the territory of the present Shuangfeng Township belonged to Shibanpu; in October 1985, it was changed from Shuangfeng Township to Shuangfeng Township.In October 2019, Dongdai Township was abolished and assigned to the jurisdiction of Shuangfeng Township. As of June 2020, Shuangfeng Township has 4 communities and 10 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township's people's government is located at No. 9 Shengli Street.
