Second, the equipment use management regulations

Article 7 The maintenance department shall issue the equipment operation certificate before the user can operate it, know the daily maintenance knowledge and safe operation knowledge, and be familiar with the equipment performance.
Article 8 Users should work in strict accordance with the operating procedures, seriously abide by the system of succession, and accurately fill in the prescribed operating records.
Article 9 The condition of equipment shall be checked regularly by maintenance personnel and department heads, and shall be included in the employee's work assessment.
Three, equipment transfer and scrap management regulations
Article 10 If the equipment is obsolete, does not meet the needs of work or has no reuse value, it shall apply for loss reporting and technical appraisal consultation before scrapping.
Article 11 The engineering department shall designate a special person to identify and evaluate the service life, damage, working condition, residual value, value of replacing new equipment, supply situation, etc. of the equipment, and fill in the comments and report them to the user department.
Twelfth departments will use the "scrap, loss reporting application form" together, according to the procedures for examination and approval.

Five, equipment maintenance management regulations

Article 25 The "Monthly Equipment Maintenance Schedule", "Maintenance Application Form" and "Shutdown Notice" filled out by the personnel on duty shall be submitted to the department manager, signed and issued for implementation.

Production workshop management system

Fourth, the workshop production order management system

2. At work, the material clerk must prepare the materials to the production line in time, and operate in strict accordance with the prescribed operating procedures, so as not to affect the smooth progress of the work.
3. Employees must keep a distance of more than 50-80cm during operation. They can't sit together. During the operation, they must wear gloves or finger covers as required. At the same time, we should consciously do self-inspection and mutual inspection. If problems are found, they should be reported to the quality inspector and team leader in time. They are not allowed to use defective materials without authorization and let unqualified products flow into the next process. They must work in strict accordance with the quality requirements.
4. Every working procedure must be inspected and supervised by the quality control department of the workshop. It is forbidden to muddle through, falsely report the quantity, cooperate with quality inspection, contradict or abuse.
Small spare parts must be put in blue plastic boxes, and only one kind of spare parts can be put in a box. Defective products found during installation must be put into red plastic boxes, and all the boxes should be arranged in a row on the left hand side of the workbench.
6. All employees must operate according to operating procedures (work instructions, inspection specifications, etc.). ), violators will be punished according to the seriousness of the case.
7. Employees are not allowed to damage materials, tools and equipment at will during operation, and offenders will be compensated according to the original price.
8. If you leave your post during working hours, you need to get the permission of the team leader and get the leave certificate before you leave, within ten minutes.
9. Pay attention to saving water and electricity at work, and turn off water and electricity at any time after work.
10. Before coming off work, you must tidy up the products, materials and countertops of this position and put the stools under the countertops.
