Two. Time required to submit application materials for enterprise business license (5 working days)
Certificates of legal persons, supervisors and shareholders and materials required by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, including articles of association and resolutions of shareholders' meeting, must be signed or sealed by legal persons, supervisors and shareholders. You can get a business license after the end.
Three. Qualification approval, required time (10 working days)
Because each company's business scope is different, it generally does not need a license. However, some pre-approved business areas must also apply for business licenses, such as food (dairy products) circulation licenses, alcohol licenses, road transportation licenses, and catering licenses.
Four. Filing and making of official seal: the required time is 1 working day.
5. It takes time (5 working days) to open a bank account.
Banks can choose according to their own circumstances, and it is quite convenient for domestic banks to handle affairs.
After an enterprise opens an account, it can get a bank account opening license.

Article 14 An enterprise as a legal person shall apply for registration with the registration authority within 30 days after approval by the competent department or the examination and approval authority. The application for industrial and commercial registration by an enterprise without a competent department or examination and approval authority shall be examined by the registration authority. The registration authority shall, within 30 days after accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the registration.
Article 15 To apply for industrial and commercial registration of an enterprise as a legal person, the following documents and certificates shall be submitted:
(1) An application for registration signed by the person in charge of the institution;
(two) the approval documents of the competent department or the examination and approval authority;
(3) Articles of association;
(4) Capital credit certificate, capital verification certificate or capital guarantee;
(five) the identity certificate of the main person in charge of the enterprise;
(6) Proof of the use of the domicile and business premises;
(seven) other relevant documents and certificates.
Article 16 An enterprise shall be established after the unit applying for business registration of an enterprise as a legal person has been approved and registered by the registration authority and obtained the Business License of an Enterprise as a Legal Person. An enterprise as a legal person can engrave the official seal, open a bank account, sign a contract and carry out business activities with the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person.
