According to the "Food Service Permit Management Measures"

Article 19 of the catering service providers need to continue the "Food Service Permit", should be in the "Food Service Permit" expires 30 days prior to the original issuance of a written application for continuation of the department. Late application for renewal, in accordance with the new application for "food service license".

Article 20 The application for continuation of the "Food Service License" shall provide the following materials:
