2 Introduction to the College

Island Harbor Vocational and Technical College, located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, is a state-owned public full-time higher vocational college headed by Shandong Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Shandong Port Group. The school covers an area of more than 1,111 mu with a construction area of 341,111 square meters. There are five secondary colleges, including Port College, Maritime College, Modern Logistics College, Intelligent Manufacturing College and Information and Electrical Engineering College.
