Children in the growth and development stage have a wide demand for nutrition. The living conditions of modern families are getting better and better, so there should be no nutritional problems. However, in fact, due to many parents' indulgence to their children, children are willfully spoiled, eating and playing, picky, partial eclipse and other bad eating habits. Therefore, how to make children develop good eating habits has become a topic we have been paying attention to. By observing and analyzing the eating habits of children in the class, and getting in touch with parents, we can find ways to cultivate children to develop good eating habits.

During my internship in Kunming No.1 Kindergarten for Teachers and Staff, I observed the eating habits of the children in my freshman class who had a full-time break during class meals. Make the following statistics on the unhealthy eating habits with high frequency:
1, 9 people are picky eaters and partial eaters
2, 12 people talk during meals
3, 7 people eat for more than 31 minutes
4, 5 people eat soup
5, forget to wash their hands before meals, 3 people don't wipe their mouths after meals
6, meals. Through investigation, I found that there are several reasons for the formation of children's bad eating habits:
1. Family factors
Bad eating habits such as picky eaters and partial eclipse occur more at home than in kindergarten, because parents are too spoiled, and now children are the darling of their parents, and parents are always obedient to their children, which encourages the development of children's bad eating habits.
Some parents lack corresponding experience, or because they are busy with work, their eating attitudes and habits are incorrect, setting a bad example for their children.
2. Influence of external environmental factors
The evaluation of teachers and parents will affect children's eating mood, and the quality of eating mood can greatly affect children's eating.
children can't leave their snacks at home. Or eat breakfast at home and then come to kindergarten, which disrupts the normal eating rules and is not conducive to the development of good eating habits.
Children like to imitate because of the influence of garden companions' eating behavior, and the speed of peers' picky eating or speed will affect the surrounding children; In addition, peer relationship will also affect eating, such as conflicts between peers, leading to depression and poor appetite.

Children in large classes are changing their teeth, and they will have poor appetite during tooth changing; Physical condition and illness can also affect diet.

According to Wang Xufeng, secretary general of Beijing Nutritionist Club, the report analyzes the nutritional and health status of children in three stages: pre-kindergarten (2-3 years old), pre-school (4-5 years old) and primary school (6-12 years old), and draws more than 3,111 qualified samples from more than 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, covering children of all ages.

The safety of nutritional products is their primary concern.

Mr. Ye said that it is the unshirkable responsibility of enterprises to pay attention to the nutrition and health of children in China. The problem of children's nutrition in China has a long history, so we must pay more attention to it and take active actions. In terms of children's nutrition and health, scientific research institutions, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, media and enterprises perform their respective duties and earnestly fulfill their responsibilities. Only in this way can we create a safe, healthy and scientific eating environment and conditions for children in China and improve their health.
It is understood that in October 2112, under the guidance of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, Nuotianyuan (China) established the "Treasure of Nature Care for Children Fund" to effectively promote the development of children's nutrition and health in China. In the same year, we started to donate "children's multi-dimensional soft candy" to preschool children in poverty-stricken areas such as the western region and the old revolutionary base areas. Fan Chongdi, president of China Children's Promotion Association, pointed out that China is a nation with a large population, and there are great differences in living conditions and eating habits between regions. According to the above differences, the investigation report on children's nutrition in China will provide a reference for scientists, educators, schools and parents to make a proper dietary nutrition plan for children.
A survey report on children's dietary health
As a livelihood industry, the catering industry has never had an authoritative survey report. Under the expectation of many people in the industry, China Hotel Association, together with Beijing Catering Industry Association, shanghai restaurants association, Tianjin Hotel Association, Chongqing Catering Industry Association, Guangdong Catering Service Industry Association, Sichuan Hotel and Catering Entertainment Industry Association, Hangzhou Catering Hotel Industry Association, Xi 'an Hotel and Catering Industry Association, Nanjing Catering Chamber of Commerce and Xinjiang Hotel Association, completed the first national catering enterprise management survey for half a year. On this basis, the first Survey Report of Catering Enterprises in China in 2116 was compiled. I hope this report can become the most professional, detailed and authentic statistical research data of catering industry in China, analyze the development status and development mode of catering enterprises, and serve the industry to cultivate brands, set benchmarks and list enterprises.
this report * * * summarizes the situation of hundreds of catering enterprises, involving thousands of restaurants, with millions of seats, covering special catering, hotel catering, hot pot, snacks, fast food, leisure catering and other formats, mainly representative enterprises and leading enterprises of various formats, regions and types in the domestic catering industry, covering every province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government in China. It should be said that it summarizes the outstanding enterprises in the industry. This survey obviously has two characteristics: First, there are more and more enterprises that truly fill in the data, and the development of the industry has gradually entered the track of standardized development. Second, the combination of enterprise reporting and expert investigation truly reflects the development status of the industry. In view of the large gap between enterprises in the catering industry, some indicators in this report will be slightly higher than the industry average.

This report draws lessons from American restaurants &; In the general way of ranking American catering enterprises, institutions ranked domestic ethnic catering brands and single restaurants, and ranked the top 31 and top 21 respectively according to the turnover of each enterprise from high to low, hoping to make an objective judgment on the real development of these brands and set a benchmark for the industry. In order to ensure the reference of the data, the top ten catering brands in China are Hangzhouyinfu, Xinghualou, Little Sheep, Quanjude, South Beauty, Guangzhou Restaurant, Xiaonanguo, Dio Coffee, Xiangyang Fishing Port and Meilong Town. The top ten restaurants in China are Quanjude (Beijing Heping Store), White Swan Hotel, Leopard (Shanghai Yan 'an West Road Store), Jin Yue (Beijing Aerospace Bridge Store Head Office), Kanglong Taizi Wine Pavilion (Wuhan Financial Store), China World Hotel, Jingya (Beijing Wukesong Store), Zhiweiguan (Head Office), Shipu (Ningbo Tianyi Store) and Louwailou (Louwailou).
The survey results show that the scale of catering enterprises in China is constantly expanding. The total turnover of the top 31 brands exceeds 15 billion yuan, while the annual turnover of the top 21 restaurants is more than 111 million yuan on average.
II. Corporate Performance
In 2116, the average profit rate, per capita labor efficiency, revenue per square meter and revenue per table of national catering enterprises all achieved good results. The average profit rate of the top 31 national catering brands was 8.2%, and the top three enterprises with profit rates were Shanghai Old Town God Temple, Shanghai Xiaonanguo and Xiamen Shuyou Seafood. The average annual per capita labor efficiency of the top 31 brands is 1.82 million yuan, and the top three brands are Shanghai Old Town God Temple, Shanghai Xinghualou and Guangzhou Restaurant.
from the perspective of single store, the per capita labor efficiency of the top 21 brands is 234,111 yuan, and the top three brands are Quanjude Heping Store, Beijing Jin Yue Aerospace Bridge Store and Ningbo Shipu Tianyi Plaza Store. The average daily revenue per square meter is 44.2 yuan, and the top three enterprises are Guangzhou White Swan Hotel, Guangzhou Restaurant and Beijing Jin Yue. The average daily revenue per meal is 255.2 yuan, and the top three are Jin Yue in Beijing, Ginkgo in Sichuan and Quanjude in Beijing. The average number of employees per meal is 1.43. It is generally believed that a catering enterprise with an area of 5 square meters per meal and more than 1.5 employees per meal is an enterprise with good facilities.
In the developed areas of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Zhejiang, the three indicators are obviously higher than the national average. As far as profit margins are concerned, they are 11% in Beijing, 11.55% in Shanghai, 11% in Guangdong and 11% in Zhejiang. The annual per capita labor efficiency is 223,111 yuan in Beijing, 228,111 yuan in Shanghai, 212,111 yuan in Guangdong and 183,111 yuan in Zhejiang. The company's daily revenue per square meter is 28.5 yuan in Beijing, 39 yuan and Shanghai, 32.8 yuan in 59 yuan and Zhejiang.
according to the four formats of special catering, fast food, snacks and hot pot, the three major indicators are: in terms of profit rate, special catering is 8.76%, fast food is 5.2%, snacks is 11.4% and hot pot is 9.6%; As far as the annual per capita labor efficiency is concerned, special catering is 21xx yuan, fast food is 35,985 yuan, snack is 59,941 yuan, and hot pot is 49,111 yuan. As far as the enterprise's revenue per square meter is concerned, the special catering is 14437 yuan, the fast food is 13961 yuan, the snack is 4683 yuan, and the hot pot is 3743 yuan.
among the top 31 enterprises of national catering brands, there are four enterprises with annual profits exceeding 111 million yuan, namely Hangzhou Catering Service, Shanghai Xinghualou, Beijing Quanjude and Shanghai Xiaonanguo.
III. Capital Operation
Among the top 31 brands, enterprises are full of confidence in the expansion of listing financing, and half of them are planning to go public, with clear data in the surveyed revenue. However, at present, capital expansion is still dominated by self-raised funds, and the degree of marketization of fund raising is not high. Among the catering enterprises surveyed, 81% have been in business for more than 3 years, more than 51% have a history of more than 11 years, and 74% are private enterprises. In particular, after years of market tempering, time-honored enterprises have regained their development vitality, accounting for 11 seats among the top 31 brands, and the cross-regional chain expansion of time-honored enterprises has entered a new stage.
the data shows that 62% of the catering enterprises surveyed have started franchising, which is regarded as an important path for brand expansion and enterprise development. This is an inevitable choice for the development of the catering industry, and on the other hand, it is also affected by the high property prices in various places. The data shows that the prices of properties suitable for catering operations in all parts of the country have increased compared with the previous year, while the average rent of target properties for middle and high-end catering in Beijing and Shanghai has been higher than that in 5 yuan/square meter/day.
fourth, management ability
from the perspective of financial ability, enterprises are worried about the rising labor costs. In catering enterprises, raw material costs and labor costs account for 37% and 12% of the enterprise costs, respectively, and both of them have increased compared with the previous year. The average profit rate is decreasing year by year. Enterprises lack confidence in the growth of profitability.
