(2) Application conditions

7.? Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the situations listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close relatives as leading members.
Second, the recruitment positions and places
In the second half of 2022, public security organs at all levels in our city recruited 22 civil servants (people's police) through public examinations. III. Registration and Qualification Examination
This recruitment takes the form of online registration. The registration time is from 654381October 26th to 20221October 0th at 8: 00 am. The registration website is the "Personnel Examination" column of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province. The preliminary qualification examination shall be conducted by Nanchong Public Security Bureau according to the qualification conditions to review the materials submitted by the applicants to confirm whether they are qualified for the examination. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of examination. At any time, if the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent, his qualification for examination will be cancelled, and the consequences will be borne by the applicant himself. Registration and qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:
(1) Online Registration
1.? Job choice. Applicants log on to the registration website, consult the Announcement and Position Table, understand the basic policies and requirements, understand the objects, scope and conditions of the recruitment position, as well as remarks and precautions, and then choose the recruitment position that meets their own conditions according to their own reality to register. Candidates should use the relevant information of the second-generation valid ID card to register, and only one recruitment position can be selected. The ID card information reported at the time of registration must be consistent with the ID card used at the time of examination.
2.? Applicants who fill in the information need to register according to the online prompts, fill in the Registration Information Form for Civil Servants (Management Personnel) in Sichuan Province in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Information Form) truly, accurately and completely, and download the photo review processing tool (downloaded from the photo uploading place in the registration information form) for photo processing, and upload photos according to the online prompts. Forge or alter relevant documents, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification, and provide false application materials. Once verified, the examination qualification will be cancelled. Malicious registration of registration information, disturbing the registration order or forging or altering relevant materials to defraud the registration qualification shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in Civil Servant Recruitment (ZZF[202 1] 12) issued by the Central Organization Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
3.? Inquire about the preliminary qualification examination results. Applicants should log on to the registration website 10 at 8:00 am on October 26th, 2022 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. If the applicant fails to pay attention to the results of the preliminary qualification examination in time, all the responsibilities shall be borne by the applicant himself. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination will print the registration information form in duplicate according to the online prompts for qualification examination. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions before the registration deadline.
(2) Payment confirmation
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and passed the photo quality inspection should log on to the registration website 165438 before 8:00 am on October 3, and confirm the payment (according to the Notice of Sichuan Development and Reform Commission and Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance on Continuing to Implement the Administrative Fees of Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (No.539 [2022] of Sichuan Development and Reform Office), the written examination fee. Those who fail to confirm the payment within the specified time after online registration are deemed to have given up automatically. 2.? Candidates from poor families shall be issued with certificates of poor households and special difficulties by the township (town) government, sub-district offices and school student offices.
3.? (3) Post adjustment
The ratio of the number of confirmed payers to the number of applicants is generally 5: 1 before the exam can be started. After the registration and payment work, the organization department of Nanchong Municipal Committee will reduce or cancel the employment plan of the position that fails to reach the proportion of the examination. For the position cancelled by the employment plan, the registration website will refund the fees to the applicants who have paid for the position. (4) Print the admission ticket

Four. Examination and qualification examination
The examination is divided into written test, psychological quality test, interview and physical fitness assessment. The total score of the exam is calculated as 100, in which the written test score accounts for 60% of the total score and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score.
Psychological quality test and physical fitness evaluation do not calculate scores, and the qualified system is implemented.

Written test score (police technical position) = administrative professional ability test score ×30%+ application score ×30%+ written test bonus.
Written test score (law enforcement service post) = administrative professional ability test score ×24%+ application score × 18%+ professional subject × 18%+ written test bonus.
2.? Time and place of written examination
The written test time is tentatively scheduled for June 26-27, 2022 165438+. The specific written test time and place of each subject shall be subject to my admission ticket. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. 3.? Written test plus points
(1) Children of public security policemen who have won the title of first-class or second-class hero model in the national public security system, revolutionary martyrs, died in the line of duty, war or were disabled in the line of duty and were rated as level 6 or above, and 3 points will be added after the written test results are converted; Children of public security policemen who have won the first class merit will be given 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
(2) Graduates of public security colleges who have obtained personal first-class merit will receive 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
(3) Those who have made outstanding achievements in the earthquake relief work of the "5 12" Wenchuan earthquake, who have applied for the post in the hardest hit area of the "5 12" Wenchuan earthquake, and who have been commended by the provincial party committee, the provincial government, the national ministries and commissions and above, will be given 3 points after the written test results are converted, and will be given by the municipal (state), county (city, district) party committee, government and provincial level. Those who fail to participate in the interview qualification examination within the prescribed time limit shall be regarded as candidates' automatic waiver of interview qualification. Those who pass the qualification examination shall pay the interview examination fee 80 yuan according to the provisions of document No.539 [2022] of Sichuan Development and Reform Price Regulation.
(4) Interview
Those who pass the qualification examination will attend the interview with their second-generation valid ID card, admission ticket and other related materials. (5) Physical fitness assessment
Candidates who participate in the interview are all assessed for physical fitness.
