The difference between SC and QS:

1. Different names:

(1) The full name of SC is food production license.

(2) The full name of QS is food production license.

2. Different certification scope:

(1)SC certification scope covers all processed foods (products that are now sold and primarily processed are not included in this scope), cosmetics, plastic and paper packaging containers, edible chemical products, related equipment for food processing and toothpaste. The food production license is based on the principle of one enterprise and one license, that is, the same food producer engaged in food production activities should obtain a food production license.

(2) The scope of QS certification is engaged in food production, food sales and catering services. However, the sale of edible agricultural products does not require permission. Labeling (printing) the food marked "QS" means that the food meets the basic requirements of quality and safety.
