1. Jilin College of Foreign Languages is a key university in Jilin Province. The school was founded in 1995; approved by the Ministry of Education as a privately-run general undergraduate college in 2003; granted the right to confer bachelor's degrees and began to jointly enroll master's degree students in 2005; became the first and only "provincial key university" among the national privately-run colleges and universities in 2007; and became the only "provincial key university" among the national privately-run colleges and universities in 2010.
