Legal basis:
Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China
stipulates that food producers and business operators shall establish and implement a health management system for employees. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in the work of contacting directly imported food shall have annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
