1. survey background
milk tea is one of the mainstream leisure drinks for students in our school, which is very popular among most students, and the milk tea shop is also the best place for students to get together and chat. Milk tea not only has the fragrance of tea, but also has the nutrition of milk. It has won the favor of many consumers with its fragrant and delicious taste. Compared with traditional packaged carbonated drinks and fruit juice drinks, milk tea is a new type of drink, and it is more popular with young people who are easy to be interested in new things. There are many fierce competitions in tea shops in our school. In order to further understand which tea shop is more popular with our students, what are the reasons? Our group discussed the regular characteristics of college students buying milk tea, including periodicity and seasonality; The characteristics of college students' purchase of milk tea, including purchase considerations and use considerations, were investigated by questionnaire.

According to the statistical theory, this survey mainly used the form of questionnaires, using the methods of self-filling by respondents and individual inquiry to obtain information and data, supplemented by online information.
VII. Analysis of survey results
This random survey is aimed at the consumption of milk tea among college students aged 18-23. Among them, the number of boys is slightly higher than that of girls. Most of the respondents are students aged 21-22, accounting for 84% of the total number of respondents, while boys are concentrated in the age of 19-22, while girls are concentrated in the age of 21-22, which is not much different from the age concentration of college students (excluding some senior students who are internship), which can probably reflect the consumption of milk tea among college students in our school.
According to the survey results, there are 11 students who often drink milk tea on and off campus, 17 students who occasionally drink milk tea, and 3 students who never drink milk tea. Most students think that milk tea is ok for them, but they don't like it very much but they don't hate it. They regard milk tea as an ordinary drink. There are 24 people who drink 1-2 cups a week, 6 people who drink 3-4 cups, 1 people who drink 5-6 cups, and 1 people who drink more than 7 cups a week. The above data can show that there is still a big market in the milk tea market. Although there are not many students who often drink milk tea, none of them hate milk tea. In this case, we can develop many potential customers and make more students like to drink milk tea.
Most students think that the price of milk tea is reasonable in 4-5 yuan, and the students can't afford to drink it at a higher price. After all, most students in the school don't have any income and are sensitive to the price, so the tea shop should set the price of milk tea reasonably in order to have a better advantage in price and attract more students from our school.
VIII. Suggestions and Strategies
According to the collected opinions and suggestions on various tea shops on campus, the students' views are summarized as follows:

According to the analysis and conclusion, our group suggests that:

In this survey, we mainly grasp the situation of tea shop market from three aspects: current situation, consumer preference and expected benefits. Only by understanding the real preferences of consumers can investors fundamentally change the current situation of the market, and it is the correct way to achieve the expected investment benefits by improving the needs of consumers.

Therefore, milk tea shops should try their best to enrich the types of milk tea ingredients and give students more choices to meet the needs of different students.
4. When students buy milk tea, they pay more attention to the taste of milk tea and the service of milk tea shop.
