According to Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Employees' Health Examination, medical and health institutions with health examination conditions shall submit a written application to the local food and drug supervision and administration department, which shall determine it according to the principles of reasonable layout, quality assurance and convenience for medical examination.

The health inspection institution shall, within 10 working days after the health inspection results are issued, inform the unit where the health inspectors work and the local food and drug supervision and administration department in writing. To undertake the physical examination results of the staff health examination institutions, and the whole province can recognize each other within one year.

You can apply for a health certificate at the local CDC. Remember to bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth and get the medical examination form. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, the health certificates shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by the health supervision department.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
