4. Formulate measures to control the ecological red line. According to the latest requirements of the country, the adjustment and improvement of the ecological red line will be fully completed. We will speed up the formulation of measures for the control of ecological red line and the Special Administrative Measures for Environmental Access of Yulin Ecological Protection Red Line (Negative List), form government normative documents, and build legal protection for ecological red line.
