According to the current regulations, the applicant can withdraw the housing provident fund within 3 months before the application date in one lump sum, and the monthly withdrawal amount shall not exceed the amount paid by himself or the actual monthly rental expenditure.

Withdrawal of funds shall be paid quarterly.

Regarding the issuance of applications for withdrawal of housing provident fund, it is clear in the Notice that employees can apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund to pay rent once a year, and the withdrawal funds will be transferred to their bank accounts every quarter. If the withdrawal lasts for one year, employees need to reapply for withdrawal.

"The monthly withdrawal limit 1500 yuan is based on the market rent level and rental housing area in this city, in order to meet the basic housing needs of the employees. At present, this withdrawal limit is among the best in the country. " The person in charge explained to the reporter that because 1500 yuan is the limit for one person, if both husband and wife are employees who have paid the provident fund, the monthly withdrawal limit for a family will reach 3,000 yuan.
