In 1914, Tang Jiyao, the governor of Yunnan, was also the president of Jiangwutang. He invited a French boxer to teach in Jiangwutang. The foreign boxers fought in the ring, and several students were knocked down. They elected Long Yun, who was not tall and thin, to take the stage for a competition. Long Yun exerted his skill and fists, and in a few rounds, he laid the ring for the French boxer. Tang Jiyao noticed Long Yun. After graduation, he transferred Long Yun to his side as the squadron leader and battalion chief of the Guard Corps.

In 1936, he took a fancy to the former site of the German Consulate in Kunming near the Panlong River, bought it and asked the "Huagai Design Office" to carry out the overall design. A few years later, a new "Dragon Mansion" was finally built near the Panlong River. The "earthquake" in Zhenzhuang is taken from the "earthquake divination" in the eight diagrams. The Dragon Mansion is located in Linjiang on the Panlong River, and the word "Linjiang" is the most beneficial to "dragon".
