The comprehensive service building of Jinzhou Railway High School broke ground on April 21th, 2111. The project is a six-story building with a total area of 6,411 square meters, which integrates canteen, dormitory and necessary living facilities. The first and second floors are canteens and the third to sixth floors are dormitories, which can meet the needs of 1,511 teachers and students for dining and accommodation at the same time.

after the completion of the new comprehensive service building, according to the needs of students' dining, accommodation and daily life, it will be equipped with fully functional catering equipment and convenient and sanitary dormitory living facilities, which will greatly meet the needs of students' life.

It is understood that the former student canteen of Railway High School was built in 1953, with a construction area of 1,691 square meters. With the passage of time, the canteen building is getting dilapidated, and the equipment and facilities are backward and outdated, which can no longer meet the dining needs of teachers and students. In order to ensure the safety of teachers and students and improve the dining environment, Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government listed this project as the first batch of key school safety projects in the city. The city's Finance Bureau raised more than RMB 11 million, which was earmarked for engineering construction.
