Grey duck egg is a traditional folk food in Taizhou, which enjoys a high reputation in Taizhou. It is the childhood taste of Taizhou people, and it is also a classic passed down by Taizhou people. On the basis of traditional technology, the grey salted duck is selected from the old ducks that have been eaten in the valley for more than 2 years, supplemented by dozens of medicinal diets, local landscapes are taken, put into ancient porcelain jars, sealed with palm leaves and mud, and stewed for 8 hours with special stewing equipment.
