The whole line of Xi's Second Ring Road is 3 to 5.6 kilometers away from Xi's downtown bell tower, with a total length of 34.04 kilometers, including South Ring Road 10.79 kilometers, East Ring Road 7.55 kilometers, West Ring Road 5.23 kilometers, North Ring Road 10.47 kilometers, with a road width of 50- 100 meters.
Complete West Second Ring Road, Dongyuan Road, Changle Road-Chang Ying Road Overpass 13, and the viaduct is 5 kilometers. 1993 Construction started. On September 30, 2003, the main line of the north section of Xi 'an-Dong Second Ring Road was officially opened to traffic, marking the ten years since Xi 'an Second Ring Road was built and the whole line was opened to traffic.
