It is a special coupon for "Jingchu Excellent Products" and "Jingchu Good Grain and Oil" issued to consumers outside the province on the selected e-commerce platform to help Hubei's featured products better go to the whole country. Consumers outside the province can grab Hubei coupons (special coupons) through the selected Internet e-commerce platform.
