3. Stop holding temple fairs, folk activities, cultural performances, sports events, exhibition promotions and other activities, hold all kinds of meetings and forums online as far as possible, stop gathering activities such as dam dance, and strictly control rural fair activities.

4. All kinds of public places strictly implement the regulations of "two codes and one certificate" inspection, temperature measurement, place code scanning, etc. People with red codes, yellow codes, pop-up windows, people who have lived in key areas within 7 days, and people with fever are not allowed to enter, and those who do not hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate and do not wear masks are refused entry.

5. The residents should earnestly fulfill their personal responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, and go to the designated detection points in an orderly manner at different times according to the arrangement of their villages, so as to ensure that every household should be inspected, and no one should be missed, hand in hand, and fight against the epidemic together, so as to realize social zero clearing at an early date.
