7. Promote mobile payment and help smart travel. Promote the docking of mobile payment platforms such as China UnionPay Express and mobile banking with the "Fun in Zhejiang" platform to improve the convenience service level of smart tourism.

8. Strengthen the publicity of cultural tourism resources. Provincial cultural tourism vouchers will be issued as appropriate to attract tourists from other provinces to visit Zhejiang. Encourage all localities to issue supporting tourist vouchers.

9.
