What is the turnover rate?
"Turning over Taiwan" is a catering service term. It means that when you eat in a foreign hotel or visit, there will be tablecloths and tableware on the table. After the guests finish eating, the waiter will clean up the desktop and put the clean tablecloth and tableware on it.

Calculation method of turnover rate:

Attendance = number of visitors ÷ total number of people dining × 100%.

Average monthly attendance rate = number of people coming to the store every month ÷ (total number of meals ×2 meals × 30 days) × 100%.

Number of tables opened = Number of times the table has been used.

Open rate = number of forms used ÷ total number of forms × 100%.

Average monthly opening rate = number of times of using the dining table per month ÷ (total number of dining tables× 2 meals× 30 days )×100%.

Turnover rate = (table usage times-total table number) ÷ total table number × 100%

Average monthly turnover rate = (average monthly table usage times-(total number of tables× 2 meals× 30 days)) × 100%/ total number of tables× 2 meals× 30 days.

For example, if you have 100 countertops and the number of tables in a day is less than 100, then the turnover rate is 0. If 200 tables come in a day, then the transaction rate is 100%.
