The quality control officer should be familiar with and understand the product drawings, process documents, understand the structure of the inspected product copy, performance and use requirements.

Quality controllers have the right to refuse to inspect some serious violations of technical requirements, irresponsible, shoddy products, to avoid the emergence of defective products in large quantities.

The quality control officer should provide quality feedback data to the relevant departmental leaders and production workers, analyze the causes and put forward preventive and improvement suggestions based on the problems of the products or parts for the reference of the competent leaders and relevant departmental leaders.

The quality control officer should do a good job in accordance with the process and technical standards and conditions of each project inspection records, to prevent errors, omissions, and timely detection of defective products in the product and marking, require and supervise the manufacturing side to take effective measures to seriously manage, to prevent the defective products, unqualified products mixed with qualified products and buried hidden quality problems.

The quality control officer needs to issue quality certificates of qualified or unqualified products or parts, guide and manage the inspection work of the members under his command, complete other tasks assigned by the higher-ups, and be responsible for the inspection results.
