Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of this Law, produces or markets food that does not meet the hygiene standards, causing serious food poisoning accidents or other serious food-borne diseases, and causing serious harm to human health, or adulterates toxic and harmful non-food raw materials in the food produced or marketed, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
