1. All kinds of public places in the city will be opened in an orderly manner

Morning and evening night markets, flower, bird and fish markets, rural gatherings and other public places with dense people, closed spaces and prone to cluster epidemics, all epidemic prevention and control requirements such as current restriction, peak shifting, appointment, etc. must be strictly implemented. All personnel must wear masks in a standardized manner. When entering various places, they must strictly check the "four-piece suit" (code scanning, temperature measurement, wearing masks and negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid test) and scan the "place code".

(2) The management requirements of welfare institutions, old-age care institutions, mental health institutions, public security and judicial administrative supervision institutions and other places in the city shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of industry management departments, and the specific arrangements shall be notified separately by relevant industry departments.

(3) The city strictly manages gathering activities. Adhere to the principle that it is not necessary to hold it online and offline, and in principle, do not arrange large-scale meetings, training, exhibitions, cultural performances and other gathering activities. If it is really necessary to hold it, the requirements for epidemic prevention and control shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the principle of "who approves and who is responsible" and "who holds and who is responsible".

(4) All prevention and control measures, such as ventilation and disinfection, inspection of "four-piece suit" and "code scanning inspection", are strictly implemented in the open places in the city. It is strictly forbidden for people with abnormal body temperature or place code, irregular wearing of masks, no negative certificate of nucleic acid test for 48 hours, and a history of living in the epidemic-affected area within 7 days to enter the open places.

(6) Strict nucleic acid detection for key populations.
