Notice of Laiyang Municipality on Carrying out Supplementary Detection of Nucleic Acid from March 24th to 28th

Dear citizens and friends:

Since the five rounds of nucleic acid detection were carried out in the whole city on March 5th, we have received strong support and cooperation from the general public, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you! However, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is really complicated. Only through repeated rounds of nucleic acid screening can the potential risks be completely eliminated and the transmission chain be cut off. After careful consideration, it was decided to continue to carry out complementary nucleic acid testing in the whole city for five consecutive days from March 24th to March 28th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Time and place of supplementary measurement

Time: from March 24th to March 28th, from 7:11 am to 7: 11 pm every day.

location: sampling points of nucleic acid detection in Laiyang city. If there is any change in the later detection points, the towns and streets will make a separate announcement.

second, the scope of supplementary testing personnel

people who have not been tested for less than 5 times within the jurisdiction of each town and street, including permanent population, floating population and short-term resident population, will make up for 5 times according to the principle of missing 1 times and making up 1 times.

III. Precautions

1. Please take the initiative to go to the nucleic acid detection point near by for sampling within the specified time period. Please bring your mobile phone and ID card that can check the "health code" when sampling, and wear a mask all the time for personal protection.

2. In order to avoid the risk of infection, the general public are requested to actively cooperate with the on-site staff, queue up in an orderly manner, avoid crowding, keep a distance of more than 1 meters from others, and consciously maintain the inspection order.

3. For special groups such as elderly people living alone and disabled people with mobility difficulties, please contact their communities to explain the situation, and their towns and streets will arrange staff to take samples at home.

4. People who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea should take the initiative to report to the village residence, postpone going to the nucleic acid sampling point, and arrange sampling by towns and streets.

5. Please leave immediately after sampling, and don't stay at the sampling site for a long time.

6. It is everyone's responsibility to fight the epidemic. Please actively cooperate with the nucleic acid detection. If you find anyone who missed the detection, you should report it to your community in time.

IV. Warm Tips

Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, it is the authority given to the government by the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Emergency Response and other laws and regulations, and it is also the legal obligation of every citizen. For people included in the scope of nucleic acid detection, who refuse to participate in the unified organization of all-staff nucleic acid detection and are suspected of violating Article 51 of the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies and Article 51 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment, which constitutes a violation of public security administration, the public security organ will punish them according to law; Anyone suspected of violating Article 331th of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, which constitutes a crime, will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. Recently, in order to do a good job in the supplementary test of nucleic acid detection, according to the information pushed by big data, community workers and volunteers may learn about the situation of nucleic acid detection from you at any time through door-to-door, telephone, text messages and other means during the test.
