4. According to the relevant system of operation management, the project electrician shall inspect and supervise the job responsibilities and itinerary of the equipment operation operators every month, check the operation status of the equipment, pay attention to the safety, rationality and economy of the equipment operation, check the operation and maintenance records, sign the relevant records after inspection, and correct the problems in time when found. The equipment problems found shall be filled in in detail, and the rectification shall be supervised by the engineering supervisor.
Second, the maintenance of equipment and facilities
1. The electrician is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and facilities under his jurisdiction, and the project director is responsible for coordinating with the project supervision to organize the maintenance of this project.
2. Equipment and facilities maintenance is divided into three levels: daily maintenance, regular maintenance and annual inspection maintenance.
(1) Daily maintenance is mainly patrol inspection and cleaning; The main work of regular maintenance is to check the performance status and plan the performance repair; Annual inspection and maintenance is mainly to comprehensively adjust the equipment.
(2) The daily maintenance is usually operated by the equipment and the electrician on duty is responsible. The supervisor is responsible for the operation and arrangement of daily maintenance, with the cooperation of the electrician on duty. Some equipment is outsourced to professional companies.
(3) The maintenance items are stipulated by all kinds of equipment, and each equipment subjectively formulates annual and monthly maintenance plans according to the regulations and combined with the specific technical conditions of the equipment, which are implemented after being approved by the company leaders.
(4) The annual inspection and maintenance of the equipment shall be carried out by the entrusted annual inspection unit. Report to the company in writing after maintenance.
Third, equipment and facilities maintenance
1, the maintenance of equipment and facilities can be divided into two categories: planned maintenance and fault maintenance.
(1) Planned maintenance refers to the pre-maintenance and repair of deteriorated and defective parts before any problems occur in equipment and facilities;
(2) Fault maintenance refers to the targeted maintenance of the failed and damaged parts after the equipment fails.
2. Equipment and facilities maintenance adopts two forms: entrusted maintenance and scheduled maintenance.
(1) Entrusted maintenance is mainly used for fault maintenance. The management office has a dispatching room on duty, which is on duty 24 hours a day, equipped with the telephone cornet of the company group, ready to accept the maintenance declaration and fault report of residents and company management personnel, and quickly repair it within the specified time after receiving the report.
(2) Scheduling maintenance is mainly used for planned maintenance, new installation and transformation of sporadic and small equipment. According to the equipment regular maintenance plan, the current equipment regular maintenance plan, the analysis and investigation results of the current equipment operation status, and the requirements of the residents, the engineering supervisor fills in the dispatch list and assigns special personnel to complete the specific work. The processing and follow-up process of dispatch orders shall be carried out in accordance with the entrusted maintenance regulations.
