Hunan Geological Surveying and Mapping Institute itself is not so good. It is small in scale and rigid in management mechanism, unlike a career, an enterprise is not like a business and has no capital. The gap between departments is relatively large, and they basically rely on the market to eat. Generally, foreign branches are set up because of the local competent officials.
