Short video operation related partners will have a planning meeting every Monday, basically at 11:00 a.m., if there are no other special circumstances, this planning meeting will include writing, directing, photography, editing, and operation.
Of course the students who participate in the planning meeting each need to come up with 1-3 topics, (due to the operation will have other work arrangements, so responsible for the operation of the partners will be shooting and editing a video every week), everyone in turn to say, and their own views on the topic, including from the degree of user preference prediction, the cost of filming and editing and so on, and finally by the discussion of the decision of which one is better.
The time it takes to complete the whole planning meeting is uncertain, and can be long or short, and is really based on the content of the current selection and the degree of feasibility. After the planning meeting is over, everyone writes a script based on their finalized selection, and the operations guys will show it to the choreographer and the photographer after they've written it, and sometimes adjustments need to be made.
Every Tuesday, we focus on writing our own scripts, thinking of our own shots and scenes, and then we finalize the scripts to see if they work, and keep changing them to achieve the best results.
Thursday and Wednesday are the regular shooting days, two days to shoot the videos of all the partners. Everyone will be edited as soon as possible after filming and getting the footage, because some shots will be re-shot again if they are not OK, and this will still take some time.
The editing of the videos will begin on Friday, and the choreographer will arrange the order of the releases for the following week, and everyone must finish editing at least one day before this time. You'll also have to figure out your picks for next week before that time, and send them to the editorial director, who will post them by the end of the day on Friday.
