Consumers have the right to independently choose the operator to provide goods or services, independently choose the varieties of goods or services, and independently decide to buy or not to buy any kind of goods, accept or not to accept any of the services.
Article 4 Operators and consumers shall conduct transactions in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, honesty and credit.
Operators shall not make unfair and unreasonable provisions for consumers by way of contracts, notices, declarations or store notices. The "ban on BYOB" is a disguised deprivation of the consumer's right to choose.
