in order to implement the deployment requirements of work safety in the district committees and districts, and earnestly learn from the safety accident lessons of the document No.21176 issued by the the State Council Municipal Safety Committee on Forwarding the Emergency Report on Recent Successive Safety Problems, the Bureau always takes safety as the focus of its work, thoroughly investigates potential safety hazards, and conducts major inspections on market safety, safety production of food production enterprises and safety of special equipment. Further strengthen the awareness of safety and responsibility, and now report the development of the work as follows:
1. Market safety inspection:
In order to further promote the comprehensive management of investigating and banning unlicensed licenses in the whole region, the comprehensive management of market safety in the whole region was actively organized and carried out with the "year of supervision promotion" as the main line of work, centralized deployment and joint efforts of departments and institutes.
first, strengthen leadership and clarify requirements. In order to ensure the vigorous development of this action, the "Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Remediation of Market Safety Action" was specially formulated, and a leading group for remediation action was set up, headed by the main leaders of the Bureau, and the action principle of "highlighting key points, classifying remediation, problem-oriented and combining blocking with dredging" was clarified, and the work pattern of leading the Party Committee of the Bureau, leading functional departments, and all member units performing their duties, managing and comprehensively managing each other was actively constructed. The second is to go deep into the market and vigorously promote it. Led by the leaders in charge of the Bureau, members of the Marketing Department and other teams actively went deep into Beidi, Mingshan, Jinshan and other jurisdictions. While guiding and cooperating with grassroots law enforcement officers to carry out rectification actions, they also went to the flower market, Daqian Home, Xincheng Plaza, Changjiang Agricultural Trade Company, Hualian Shopping Mall and other shopping malls to actively communicate with the personnel of market start-up units, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of the shopping malls, focusing on the inspection of licenses, bright operation, implementation of relevant management systems and other related contents, so as to effectively promote rectification actions. Third, the work will focus on rectifying unlicensed production and business activities involving people's livelihood and public interests, and intensify the investigation and punishment of business operations in hall markets, shopping malls, home building materials, catering, bathing, pedicure, * * *, health care services, entertainment places and inflammable and explosive goods. Up to now, our bureau * * * has inspected 29 markets and 512 business households in the whole region, and found 5 unlicensed markets and 155 unlicensed business households. At present, * * * has guided 111 households to license and banned 3 households.
II. Food production enterprises and special safety inspection:
Carry out safety inspection of food production enterprises, and guide and inspect the three food production enterprises in our district, namely Xinfu Food Factory, Brothers Bazhen Food Production Co., Ltd. and Kanglian Food Processing Factory. It mainly checks whether the production sites, supplier qualifications, various enterprise ledgers and incoming inspection systems of the three enterprises are perfect. More than 21 law enforcement officers were dispatched.
We carried out special rectification work on food safety in the campus and around the school in spring, visited the school canteen, mainly checked the food circulation permit and health certificate of employees in the canteen, and inspected and inquired about the use and record of food sample retention, disinfection and other related facilities, and asked for certificates and tickets, so as to continuously improve the food safety index of the school canteen. * * * 12 copies of school publicity materials were given, and more than 31 law enforcement officers were dispatched.
III. Safety inspection of special equipment:
Focus on key production enterprises, gas cylinder filling units, crowded shopping malls, supermarkets, large residential areas and other places where special equipment is used within the jurisdiction, and carry out special safety inspection of special equipment. The user was informed of 4 potential safety hazards found in the inspection in time, and was ordered to make rectification within a time limit, and the time limit for review was defined to completely eliminate the potential accidents. During the inspection, it was also found that all units had well implemented the recall of defective automobile gas cylinders produced by Yongrun High Pressure Vessel (Taizhou) Co., Ltd. conveyed by our bureau, posted notices in prominent positions of the units, and informed drivers who used modified gas cylinders. * * * dispatched more than 41 law enforcement personnel, inspected more than 21 shopping malls, residential quarters and industrial enterprises within the jurisdiction, and * * * pumped 31 sets of special equipment such as elevators, heating boilers and pressure vessels, eliminating 4 potential safety hazards.
in order to implement the spirit of the "Emergency Notice of the People's Office of * * * * on the Investigation and Management of Hidden Dangers in Production Safety" (No.43 [2117]), combined with the actual situation of our town, we carefully studied the characteristics of hidden dangers in production safety in our town, formulated the Work Plan for the Investigation and Management of Hidden Dangers in Production Safety in Nada Town, and organized all village (neighborhood) committees to carry out safety investigation and management in the whole town.

In order to ensure the solid and effective implementation of the production safety inspection in the whole town, the town party committee and the town * * * held a special meeting and made unified arrangements according to the Work Plan for the Investigation and Management of Safety Hidden Dangers in that Big Town. First, a leading group was established; Second, an inspection team was established; Third, 32 village (neighborhood) committees have set up working groups for safety inspection.

Third, strengthen supervision and further intensify inspection and rectification
1. Fire safety. Combined with the prominent characteristics of fire safety hazards in the summer of, in-depth publicity and education were carried out, and the "nine small places" and key streets were investigated. * * * Inspected 111 units, found 56 fire hazards or illegal acts, urged 42 fire hazards to be rectified, and issued 12 notices of correction.
2. Hazardous chemicals. Enterprises and units engaged in the operation and use of liquefied gas and natural gas were inspected. All the potential safety hazards found require the enterprise to rectify, and all of them have been reviewed to ensure that the rectification is in place.
3. Fireworks. Conduct a household survey of 21 fireworks retail business households in the town, further promote the standardization of retail outlets, and further strengthen the safety supervision of fireworks production, transportation, management and storage.
4. Construction field. A safety inspection was carried out on the construction of the whole town. * * * Five urban construction sites were inspected, 12 potential safety hazards were found, and five rectification notices were issued within a time limit.
5. Forest fire prevention. The implementation of the responsibility system for forest fire prevention, emergency rescue, investigation and management of hidden dangers, and taking on duty have carried out safety inspections. During the inspection in Tomb-Sweeping Day, * * * confiscated 26 pieces of fireworks illegally brought into the mountains to sacrifice to the grave, with more than 51 general hidden dangers. For the above general safety hazards, the staff made criticism and education on the spot to prevent fire accidents.
6. Safety supervision of special equipment. Strengthen the safety inspection of the production and use of special equipment and the filling of liquefied gas. Focus on elevators, pressure vessels and various gas cylinder filling stations, and comprehensively strengthen safety supervision.
7. School safety supervision. Focus on strengthening the fire safety supervision of students' rental houses on campus and around the school, strengthen the fire safety education for teachers and students, improve the awareness of fire safety and ensure the safety of teachers and students.
according to the inspection, most enterprises have established a safety production system, set up organizations, have complete safety facilities, and can carry out safety production knowledge propaganda and emergency drills. However, during the inspection, it was also found that some enterprises did not pay enough attention to the work of safety in production. The outstanding problems were that the organizational system was not perfect, the fire-fighting facilities were not fully equipped, there were problems such as expired fire extinguishers and insufficient quantity, and the daily inspection system for potential safety hazards was not established and improved.
in view of the problems found in the inspection, the inspection team filled out and distributed the Registration Book of Enterprises Accepting Safety Production Inspection in * City on the spot, recording in detail when the inspection team conducted safety production inspection on enterprises, what safety production problems existed and the matters to be rectified. Require the person in charge of the enterprise to confirm and sign the matters to be rectified, and require the enterprise to rectify immediately in strict accordance with the rectification opinions put forward in the Registration Book of Enterprises Accepting Safety Production Inspection in * City, and not to "produce with illness", especially the fire safety work, so as to be foolproof. If it cannot be rectified immediately, the rectification plan shall be formulated and the rectification measures shall be implemented, and the rectification shall be completed within a time limit.
